Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2 October 2026
These terms apply to all purchases made on mibebee.com, operated by MiBebee, 275 New North Road, London N1 7AA, United Kingdom. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy pages.
Orders
When you place an order you'll receive an email acknowledging it. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred; if so, we'll refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our secure payment providers.
Alcohol
MiBebee Coffee Liqueur and Espresso Martini contain alcohol and are sold only to customers aged 18 or over, for delivery to UK addresses. By ordering these products you confirm you are at least 18. We reserve the right to cancel orders where we have reason to believe the purchaser is under 18, and our delivery partner may request ID. Please enjoy responsibly.
Products
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. As natural, small-batch products, coffee flavour notes and flower appearance can vary slightly between harvests and batches. Product images are for illustration. Allergen and ingredient information is shown on product pages and packaging.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel and return items, and how refunds work, are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
