Shipping & Delivery

Every order is packed by hand in London and sent with Royal Mail. Delivery costs are calculated by weight and destination and are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way.

UK delivery

UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail, typically within 2–4 working days of dispatch. We deliver to all UK addresses, including the Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland, although these can occasionally take a little longer.

International delivery

Coffee can be shipped internationally using Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 5–15 working days. International shipping costs are shown at checkout. Any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Coffee liqueur and Espresso Martini

Our alcoholic products are delivered to UK addresses only. You must be 18 or over to buy them, and by placing an order you confirm that you are. Our delivery partner may ask for ID, and parcels containing alcohol will not be left with anyone who appears to be under 18.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, email us with your order number and we'll track it for you. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or a full refund. For damaged items, please see our Returns & Refunds policy.
